Having in mind the specifics of work in each of the specialist practices, the CAREOLL Practice solution is adapted to each of them. Keeping records of general data of each facility is the initial step and basis for work. The possibility of entering data on locations, teams, devices, and procedures performed in the facility, as well as on employed health workers, was provided.
It is possible to create flexible work schedules that serve as a basis for scheduling patient examinations and procedures. CAREOLL Practice provides the ability to create a patient database and keep records of examinations and/or procedures performed. For each patient, it is possible to get an overview of that patient’s medical records, examination history, findings, and paid bills at any time. In an intuitive and easy way, it is possible to enter and print the findings and opinions of doctors. The data are structured, which enables easier monitoring and reporting by individual elements of the findings.
In addition to basic data related to the first and follow-up examinations of patients, CAREOLL Practice also supports other segments of the facility’s work, such as entering price lists of services and creating invoices (A4 and fiscal). There is a wide range of reports with dynamic parameters that the user of the application can adjust according to their needs.
CAREOLL Practice is created as a multi-user system and provides the possibility to assign special access rights to each user.
