Certificates, confirmations, notes

Create supporting documents patients need (certificates, confirmations, notes, etc.).

Patient admission

Register and admit patients, read health/ID cards, review previous visits, and retrieve electronic referrals from IHIS (IZIS).

Waiting room

Physicians see all waiting patients with key info: urgency, arrival time, and whether they’re already assigned.

Therapy procedure requests

During the visit, the physician can prescribe therapy/treatment (e.g., TENS, laser, hot compresses). Requests are recorded and scheduled from the front desk.

Therapy execution

Track scheduled therapies, record execution, mark attendance/no‑show also via the mobile app.

Patient chart

Detailed demographics, admission info (protocol, referral, insurance), all findings and documents, plus a medical summary. Blood type, chronic diseases, risk factors, allergies are included.

Medication therapy

Prescribe medications and issue prescriptions. Requests for therapy execution can be forwarded automatically.

Medical aids

Create proposals and issue prescriptions/orders for medical aids.

Referrals

Issue specialist, hospital, and laboratory referrals to other providers for diagnostics, treatment, or hospitalization.

Completing the visit

At checkout: print findings, prescriptions, and referrals; book procedures or follow‑ups; issue invoices.
